Timothy "Timmy" Blumpkin is a character in Smosh. He is a rude and stuck-up boy who appears in "Grammar Police", where he is the first victim tasered by Sergeant Anous. He was caught by using the wrong "they're" (using "there" instead) in a chat with Billy when describing the quality of the new Linkin Park CD. Timmy frequently uses the word "douche nozzle". After being tasered by Sergeant Anous for being arrogant, he took a while to recover from his wounds, but was permanently paralyzed.

Timmy is extremely insulting and rude to everyone, including authority figures. He also rebels against having to use proper grammar.
