MARIO KART 64 BATTLE is the 9th episode of Game Bang. This episode, the crew plays the Nintendo racing game Mario Kart 64 and the loser has to slip on a rotten banana peel. It was released on November 23, 2012.

Ian, Anthony, Mari, Sohinki, Jovenshire, and Lasercorn play three rounds of Battle Mode in Mario Kart 64. In Battle Mode, each player starts with three balloons and loses a balloon when hit by any item; when a player has lost all of their balloons, they lose and become a Bomb Kart. The last surviving player wins the round.
The roster per round moves clockwise from bottom-left. First place gets three points, second place gets two points, third place gets one point, and last place gets zero points. The person with the highest number of points at the end wins, and the person with the lowest number of points loses and must suffer the punishment.

Punishment[]
Originally, no one had thought of a punishment for the episode. It was only when Jovenshire mentioned so that Anthony decided to think of one on the spot. Some time later, he found an old, rotten banana that he ran water over to make it soggy. Because Ian was in second-to-last place, he had to open it. Ian complied and slowly opened it. Joven dared him to lick it, which Ian did, much to everyone's disgust (especially Joven's).
Ian dumped the banana itself bit by bit into a plastic bag, which Anthony placed elsewhere while Ian placed the banana peel onto the ground onto a marked spot on the ground in front of a cushion. Cheered by everyone, Mari reluctantly jumped onto the banana. She slid and fell to the ground on the cushion. Laying there, she commented that the banana peel was "actually really slippy".

Trivia[]
- The two bits of footage played at points when Anthony mentions bombs are taken from the 2000 comedy film Meet the Parents.
- Lasercorn wanted to play as Bowser, to which Anthony said "too bad, bitch!"
- Similarly, in the last round, Mari wanted to change her character to Peach, but couldn't due to the rule of character constants.
