Smosh & Order was a sporadic spin-off show aired on Smosh Games every other Saturday. The first series debuted on March 31, 2018, acting as a temporary replacement to SmoshVentures.
After the episode of MariCraft entitled "THE TRIAL OF LASERCORN! ", the Smosh Games Crew rented a courthouse to create this series, which was directed by Boze. Everyone was given a random role and 20 minutes to prepare for the trial, relying on improvisation to win the case. The roles consisted of Judge, Bailiff, Plaintiff, Plaintiff's Attorney, Defendant, Defendant's Attorney, Witnesses and Jury Members.
As of April 21, 2018, the series was officially paused with no new episodes planned at the time, but the Smosh Games cast later confirmed that the series might return if fan demand was sufficient. Later, according to Boze's Twitter, a second season was in the works. This second season began airing on July 14, 2018 and a third began airing on November 3, 2018. Due to the closure of Defy Media, the last episode was released on December 1, 2018.
Boze officially left Smosh Games in January 2019. As the show was largely her work, it is unknown if any new episodes will be filmed without her, meaning that the show is likely to have officially ended.

Trivia
- Several alter-egos of some Smosh members have been featured - and created - in this series.
- While not often portraying a specific alter-ego, Boze often used the pseudonym of "Boze Bozington" for this series.
- Six alternate personalities appeared in LASERCORN TAKES SMOSH GAMES TO COURT.
- In this episode, Noah, acting as the judge, gave himself the alias of "Judge Betty", characterising himself as a strict and vaguely irritable newcomer to the law world who enjoys going out for food. Judge Betty was later brought back in the sixth and eleventh episodes.
- In the same episode, Lasercorn, Wes, Mari and Boze all appeared (by definition) as some form of their Maricraft personas. Lasercorn made reference to himself as the King of Lasercornia, playing on traits that had become associated with his Maricraft characterization. Mari and Wes also referenced their actions while playing Minecraft, acting as though they were real-life events, and Wes indirectly confirmed that Boze too was appearing as her Maricraft persona.
- Damien and Kristina Nikolic both made appearances as "Fingerquotes "Fingerquotes" Percy" and "Tina Pousich", respectively.
- In BOZE GETS SUED!, Mari used a one-off pirate-inspired character for her judging role, calling herself "Judge Sir Francis Drake".
- In WES THE PERPETRATOR!, Damien appeared as his recurring character, "A. Kevin", who has appeared in numerous videos since his conception. Kevin's backstory was expanded during the episode, revealing things such as what he does for a living, his hobbies and some of his qualifications.
- In JOVEN TAKES BOZE TO COURT, Damien appeared once again as another of his characters, this time as a nameless individual who previously appeared in the third episode of Try Not To Laugh Challenge.
- In JOVEN GETS THROWN OUT OF COURT, Damien created the one-off character of "Vance Grantman", a self-titled "fashion lawyer" who employs tactics of sarcasm and flirtation to win his cases.
- Three main alternate personalities were featured in COURTNEY MILLER VS COURTNEY FREAKIN MILLER.
- One of these was Noah's reappearance as Judge Betty, who had much the same characteristics as his previous appearance.
- The main alter-ego featured in this video was that of "Courtney Freakin' Miller", a character created by Shayne to mimic the presence of the real Courtney Miller while she was sick. Courtney Freakin' Miller is one of the most popular characters created by a Smosh member, and her appearance in Smosh & Order under the charge of identity theft was the most requested episode premise since the series was created. In this episode, Courtney Freakin' Miller was further established as an independent character, rather than simply being Shayne in a wig; her hair was seemingly attached to her head, and she had a backstory stretching back to time spent in kindergarten.
- The third character featured was "Shawn-druh Willi55", a new creation courtesy of Boze. Shawn-druh claims to be Courtney Freakin' Miller's best friend, and that they have known each other since kindergarten. Shawn-druh is extremely protective of Courtney Freakin' Miller, who seems to hold some form of affection for her in return.
- Three main alternate personalities appeared in SUMMER GAMES ON TRIAL! and COURT IS NOW IN SESSION!:
- Damien appeared as an emotionally unstable version of himself that only pouted and was unable to walk and talk.
- Lasercorn appeared as "Judge Fred", the "brother" of Judge Dredd, who acts as a violent Street Judge.
- Wes appeared in character as Noah and Damien's bumbling lawyer, who is very clumsy and appears dishevelled.
- Again, three alternate personalities appeared in REAL LAWYER DESTROYS JOVEN IN COURT.
- The main character of note was that of "Michael 'Real Lawyer' Lawyerson", who was a real lawyer brought in without Joven's knowledge to represent his opposition. While he was technically not playing a role other than that of himself, it's unlikely that his real name actually includes either "Real Lawyer" or "Lawyerson" (though his first name really is Michael, as referenced by Damien several times in his twitch streams as the two were actually roommates, both in college and from 2016 to mid-2019).
- Wes adopted the name "WWWes" as a rapper pseudonym for this episode.
- Damien appeared in character as "Brendyyyyyn Johnson", described as "one of Wes's eighteen brothers" and a clear reference both to Wes's real-life brother, Brenden, and to the fact that Wes has six younger siblings.
- While the character was not openly acknowledged, Lasercorn appeared in his Judge Fred outfit, suggesting that he was meant to be portraying him once again in this episode.
- Two of the series' most featured characters appeared in WHO IS THE BEST REF OF SUMMER GAMES?.
- Noah made his third appearance as Judge Betty.
- Lasercorn appeared once again as Judge Fred, though in this episode he had been "demoted" to the new title of "Bailiff Fred".
- Olivia has yet to appear in this series, and Keith has not yet appeared in any role other than a witness.
- Ian has yet to take on a case (as either a lawyer or a litigant) or be a bailiff.
- Wes, Shayne and Damien have not yet acted as judges.
- Joven has acted in every role except bailiff.
- Courtney and Mari have never been defendants, and Courtney has never acted solely as a witness. On the flip side, Shayne has never acted in a main role other than defendant.

- Discounting "Michael 'Real Lawyer' Lawyerson", Sarah has made the fewest appearances in this series, being the only cast member to have only been in one episode.
- Wes and Damien have represented the most cases out of all the Smosh cast.
- Damien has mostly argued for the prosecution, having been the plaintiff or plaintiff's attorney five times and the defendant's attorney once, while Wes has acted once each as a plaintiff and defendant and twice each as the prosecuting or defending attorney.
- They are followed jointly by Boze and Joven, who have both appeared five times: with three appearances, Boze has been a defendant more times than anyone else, and has acted once as both the defending and prosecuting attorney. Joven has acted all litigant and lawyer roles once, barring the role of the plaintiff's attorney, which he has done twice.
- Noah has made the most appearances as a judge, all while in character as Judge Betty.
- Lasercorn has been a bailiff twice, and is the only cast member to have taken on the role more than once.
