Brief synopsis: Anthony finds a voodoo doll of Ian and decides to mess with it, causing real pain for the real Ian. After almost sabotaging his job interview, Ian finds out about Anthony's secret...

Plot

In the bathroom, Ian was struggling putting on his tie, when he hears Anthony screaming in frustration from the living room. In the living room, Anthony was playing and struggling at Super Mario Bros. because he keeps getting killed by a Spiny Egg thrown by a Lakitu. Ian comes in telling Anthony to be quiet as he gets ready for his job interview, but Anthony complains that a "stupid turtle on the cloud" keeps killing him. Ian tells him that it's not very difficult, though Anthony loses all his lives and gets a game over, all his deaths were because of the Lakitu. Ian says that Anthony sucks at Super Mario Bros. which causes him to put down his controller and leave. Ian says that it was a joke before he picks up the controller and starts playing.

Anthony was walking to the backyard, when he can imagine Ian taunting him that he couldn't get past the "turtle on a cloud." Anthony then swears on his "eternal love for Princess Peach " that he will get revenge on Ian. A doll suddenly falls from the sky because of a mysterious force and lands in front of Anthony. Anthony picks up the doll and sees that it looks like Ian, prompting him to put the Ian doll's hand on his face. Back inside, Ian was playing Super Mario Bros. when he suddenly punches himself in the face, shouting, "BALLS!" Anthony repeats this motion and Ian punches himself in the face several times, all while shouting "BALLS!" Anthony shrugs and goes back inside to see that Ian appears to be hurt. Ian says that it must be a "weird muscle spasm" before he leaves for his job interview, but not before Anthony punches the Ian doll on the stomach, which causes Ian to feel the pain. Anthony wonders why Ian said "BALLS!" so Ian explains that he screams that every time he feels pain. Anthony starts to get an idea.

At the job interview, the employer says that there's something about Ian he really likes. He then asks Ian to tell him about himself and why Ian wants to be a subsitute teacher. Ian was about to tell him that he loves kids, but back at home, Anthony hits the Ian doll with a hammer, which causes him to say, "I really, really love- BALLS!" Ian apologizes and starts to say that he really likes working with kids, but shouts "BALLS!" at the end of his sentence when he feels the pain of Anthony poking the Ian doll with a screw driver, which made it sound like Ian is a child molester. The employer asks if they can talk another time after Ian feels the pain of Anthony poking the doll with scissors. Ian starts to exhibit weird movements because Anthony was continually playing with the doll by shaking it and poking it with a pair of plyers (And in the bloopers, he poked it with a banana). Anthony was making Ian hump the table, but grows bored. He goes back outside and asks the mysterious force for a doll of himself. An Anthony doll falls in front of him, causing him to get even more ideas.

Ian comes back home saying that he got the job. Despite what happened, the employer loved that Ian was full of energy. Anthony was busy fondling the crotch area of the Anthony doll so he can feel the pleasure, when Ian walks in and catches Anthony on the act and asks why he's playing with a "little kids' doll." Anthony tells him that it's a voodoo doll while covering the Ian doll's eyes, causing Ian to feel like he can't see. Ian realizes that Anthony said that they're voodoo dolls and gets disgusted that Anthony's using the Anthony doll to fondle himself. Anthony said that he was curious and it felt like someone else doing it, then describes the time Ian sat on his hand for a long period of time, but Ian stops him before he goes any further. Anthony then asks if it's gay that he's fondling himself through his own voodoo doll, in which Ian says that it is.

Ian asks if the voodoo doll actually works by poking the Ian doll's eye, which causes Ian to feel the pain of having his eye poked. Ian then realizes that Anthony's been using the Ian doll to sabotage his job interview and punches Anthony in the face through the Anthony doll. Ian and Anthony then start to inflict pain on each other using their voodoo dolls. Ian then grabs a knife and puts it at the Anthony doll's neck, while Anthony grabs a gun and puts it at the Ian doll's head. At first, they were hesitant on having to use the voodoo dolls to kill each other, but then they put the weapons down.

Ian says that they should get rid of the voodoo dolls, while Anthony suggests that they trade the dolls of themselves for a doll of someone else. When Ian asks who gave the dolls to Anthony, the boys go to the backyard and Anthony tells Ian the mysterious force that gave him the dolls, which was now revealed to be a Lakitu hovering above their backyard. Ian asks to trade for a voodoo doll of Ke$ha, but the Lakitu throws a Spiny Egg at Ian, who dies Mario Bros. style before a Game Over screen shows.

• The voodoo dolls were actually Ian and Anthony dolls that they got in an episode of "Mailtime with Smosh."
• When Anthony walks into the house, a Predator with a picture of Lou Ferrigno is seen in the reflection of the fireplace.
• In the office, when Ian is seen talking to the person who's interviewing him, "BaLLs!" is written in magnets in the white board behind him.
• When Anthony picks up the Ian Voodoo doll, his butt crack is seen for a split second
• The same scene above, Anthony spits a little when he says: "SHUT UP, IAN!"
• When Ian & Anthony were Voodooing each other, On Anthony's desk is a WALL-E Figure holding a yellow pair of scissors.
• When Ian is on the interviewer's desk, and he's saying: "OH, GOD I'M SORRY" he's wearing no shoes.
• When the Game Over screen appears on the TV, you can see a reflection of Anthony, Ian and the camera filming this scene.
• In another episode of Ian Is Bored's Mailtime with Smosh, Ian and Anthony got "Limited Edition Voodoo Dolls" in a sealed package, but in the style of their "Smosh True Stories" Cartoon Looks.
