REAL LAWYER DESTROYS JOVEN IN COURT is the tenth episode of the Smosh Games series Smosh & Order. It was released on November 17, 2018, and had the case title of "Wes Rap Redux".


Wes brings in a real Lawyer to argue against Joven and he shows us how it's done!

The jury ruled in favour of the plaintiff and declared that the defendant was guilty.


  • This video was the first video to be released on the Smosh Games channel since the closure of Defy Media. A reference to Defy's shutdown was made at the end of the video.
  • This video was hinted at in Smosh is Homeless.
  • This episode was inspired by the various references made in Smosh Games videos to Wes' rap in SEXY BELLY FLOP COMPETITION, most notably in FREESTYLE RAP BATTLE and ULTIMATE BELLY FLOP CONTEST.
  • Joven was unaware that Wes would be using a real lawyer.
