The pedestrian is a character on Smosh. His only appearance was in the 2007 music video "Hardcore Max", in which he was played by Anthony Padilla.

The pedestrian had brown eyes and hair and light skin and wore a white T-shirt with a blue-green image printed on the front, black shorts, white socks, and black shoes.[1]

The pedestrian was walking down a sidewalk while carrying a small stack of books. To his surprise, Max appeared behind him on his bicycle and knocked the books out of the pedestrian's hands. The pedestrian shouted at Max as he rode away, prompting Max to turn around and give him an infuriated look. Max, returning, proceeded to stomp on the books and grind them into the pavement using his bicycle's front tire while a distressed pedestrian helplessly watched.[1]
