Paulie is a character played by Anthony Padilla who debuted in Magic Wipes and then appeared in Scribblenauts in Real Life. He is also part of the Super Virgin Squad in the music video and comic book Super Virgin Squad.

Paulie represents the typical nerdy-looking person by wearing '70s-esque clothing and dental headgear; which makes it hard to understand him from time to time.

Magic Wipes[]
In Magic Wipes, alongside his brother, Paul (Ian), Paulie helps advertise their new product; "P Brothers' Magic Wipes", which can be used on various things.
Scribblenauts in Real Life[]
He is by himself this time, asking Maxwell (Ian) for a balloon. Though since Max can't spell "balloon", he asks if Paulie wants something else. So Paulie asks for a Pirate Ship instead, but Max hears it as "Pile of S**t", Paulie is then crushed by a falling pile of s**t.
Super Virgin Squad[]
He is part of the squad with Stevie and Billy Hamburger and he is able to bite through hard things with his super strong jaw.
In Smosh Comics[]
Paulie appears in the Smosh comic books as a main character. He is the leader of a superhero team known as the Super Virgin Squad, named as such because their superpowers come from each one's virginity. Paulie is portrayed as the most competent and level-headed of the virgins. He is very open minded and loving, which stands in stark contrast to his best friend, Billy.
In issue 1 Paulie, Billy and Stevie investigate Stevie's mom's date. They find no evidence of wrong doings in his home but Billy winds up setting his house on fire, much to Paulie's annoyance.
In issue 2, Paulie is contacted by a girl named Amanda who wants help getting a popular jock at school to notice her. Her and Paulie become friends, but the plan goes array. Amanda vandalizes the V-Cave with posters of sexy women, which Paulie is immune to. She leaves a vague note leading Paulie to suspect she is planning something nefarious for prom. The Virgin Squad head out to stop her, but she has actually started a My Little Pony themed dance team. Paulie still declares the case a success, and is asked to dance by Eli, the boy Amanda had been trying to get with. Paulie accepts this, indicating that the attraction between him and Eli is mutual.
In issue 3, Pauly forces Billy to help Amanda and two other virgins harness possible superpowers. They also meet a team of villains who tell the virgins their powers have nothing to do with virginity. Paulie argues that virginity is a meditation method used by the squad to grow stronger, and become more connected to their powers then the other super-powered teens.
Trivia[]
- After his second appearance, he may become a recurring character alongside Billy Hamburger and/or Stevie. This was confirmed during the video Super Virgin Squad when they were all together.
- According to Smosh Magazine, Anthony made the headgear out of things him and Ian found around the house; like workout headbands, a football mouthguard, and metal wires. The braces were changed during the Super Virgin Squad.
- In the second issue of Smosh Comics it was revealed that Paulie is gay. This is evident when he is immune to posters of sexy women, and when he accepts to dance with Eli at the prom.
