Ian's lucky white T-shirt was a white T-shirt owned by Ian Hecox that he considered "lucky". He wore it during the Food Battle episode "Food Battle 2007".

During the seventh and final challenge of Food Battle 2007, Ian selected on a steering wheel. For his turn, he decided to wear his white T-shirt for luck, which, in his mind, would ensure his victory. Unfortunately, the opposite happened; not only did Ian lose control of and crash his car, the crash was bad enough to kill him, but not before making him spit up blood all over his shirt.[1]
