Full summary

Prior to the beginning of the video, Ian looks puzzled at the computer screen, and then remarks "what?" The title appears, along with an annotations stating: FYI: THIS WAS UPLOADED A WEEK EARLIER, BEFORE LAST WEEK'S SMOSH VIDEO.

Ian welcomes the viewers and quickly segues into the background for this video, which was in the last Lunchtime With Smosh when he said he would check his family tree to find out where he really came from. The reason for this is that Ian was never fully informed about his family history because his parents never told him. However, Ian's mom has finally faxed over the family tree, which took a lot of convincing on Ian's part. His mom was strangely reluctant and when she sent the family tree; she told Ian she was sorry. However, Ian delves into studying the family tree. Ian glosses over all of the people he considers old, but acknowledges his grandparents and parents. He sees him and his sister, but comes across a strange blank area, which represents another child of his mother and father. The mysterious person is a male named Adrian, and this perplexes Ian because he has never heard of him nor met him.

Ian calls his mother to clarify the recent events, and she knows why he called. Ian's mother tells him that Adrian is his brother and Ian becomes irate at the secret being kept from him. His mother leaves out most of the details except for confirmation of Ian's research: That he has a brother named Adrian Hendrix. Ian seems to accept the fact that he has a brother after the call and intends to find him. Ian eventually finds him on Facebook, listing his employers as "Collecting Unemployment" and "Extreme Sports". He also claims that he knows Pig Latin. He clicks his profile photo and is shocked at how identical they look and is intrigued to find out more about him.
