Gram-Gram appears as a minor character in the episode. She caught Anthony looking at Ian's neck hickey and due to Anthony's position during his examination of the bruise thought that they were kissing. After, she said that they should be careful while kissing, and that they should never let anyone give them "deadly kiss, The Louisiana Steamboat", then she starts to kissing Ian's doll in a very odd way.
