Gaming With A Twist is a Smosh Games series that airs Bi-weekly on Fidays, formerly on Saturdays, debuting on April 27, 2019. It features various cast members of the Smosh Family play a game while partaking in a challenge that varies from video to video, similar to Game Bang. The series ended on February 26, 2020, where the series was replaced by Mystery Challenge and Family Style.

| Most Intense Stick Fight Challenge - Stick Fight | Players were in teams of two, with one player wearing brackets on their thumbs and one player wearing them on their fingers. Whenever a team died, they had to swap players. |
| Mystery Smoothie Challenge | For each different character in Super Smash Bros, there is a correlating food that is matched up with them. The loser of a certain round must drink these blended up ingredients. A Chaos Round saw whoever lost drink a smoothie with all of the ingredients blended into it. |
| Mystery Crocs Challenge! - Havocado | After each round, the first person to get three losses had to put their feet in crocs filled with various condiments. |
| Godzilla Battle! - War of the Monsters | The loser had to dress up as a dinosaur and attack the city of Tsunopolis. |
| STICKY SLIME CHALLENGE - Nickeolodeon Kart Racers | Each player must play through a round of Kart Racing while their control is submerged in slime. |
| GOLF WITH GUNS?! - Nice Shot | The loser had to spin around a dizzy stick 10 times then try to shoot moving targets with a Nerf Gun. |
| MARIO KART DRINKING GAME w/ THE TRY GUYS - Mario Kart 8 Deluxe | Shots were drunk in the first two rounds to give real world power ups. The final round saw a new power up shot and all players had to finish their slush before they could complete the race. |
| Our Weirdest Punishment Yet? - Pummel Party | The loser was vacuum packed into a bin bag and beaten with by bats. |
| GRAND THEFT AUTO AVALANCHE IN REAL LIFE - GTA Online | The player was held back by elasticated bands whilst the rest of the cast threw foam bricks at the player. |
| EXTREME HIDE AND SEEK - Black Ops 4 Prop Hunt | The winner got an advantage (being able to go home early) in a real life game of Hide and Seek. |
| We Roast Each Other - Jackbox Party Pack 6 | Whilst telling their jokes, the players had to act like they were doing a stand up set. |

- This series was never given a official name when it debuted, but was referred to as Gaming With A Twist in Mystery Smoothie Challenge.
- In November 2019, a playlist was created on Smosh Games, officially confirming the series name.
- In January 2020, Mystery Challenge debuted, based on previous "Mystery" videos released as part of Gaming With A Twist.
