"Fool... you have taken my tummy water. I will be getting it back."

Fatality Showdown! is a Smosh Games video released on April 13, 2019. It stars Ian Hecox, Mari Takahashi, David "Lasercorn" Moss, Courtney Miller, and Damien Haas, who try out the upcoming fighting game Mortal Kombat 11. The crew was granted a pre-release copy of the game as part of a sponsorship by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment..

Thanks again to our friends at Warner Brothers for letting us get some early access! #MK11 drops on April 23.

In a very likely reference to SOMEONE DIES IN MORTAL KOMBAT, Matt Raub and Courtney are edited into a classic Mortal Kombat fight. In the fatality, Matt throws Courtney onto the ground, slowly approaches her, beats her head in with his fists over a dozen times, lifts her up by her stomach, and throws her face-first into the ground as Courtney's head splatters into nothing but blood. Her body, still upright, twitches then falls over as "Matt Raub Wins; FATALITY" is narrated onscreen.

"Man, oh man, was that fun! Thank you so much to WB Games for letting us play the early copy of Mortal Kombat 11, and I guess we all learned we all need a little more training. Hey, if you want to see what we were up to last time, click this video at the top of the screen! Otherwise, this video was picked out by YouTube, just for you!"

  • Scorpion appears in the thumbnail, despite not actually being played in the video.
  • Although this video was released after OUR NEW STUDIO TOUR, it is the first Smosh Games video recorded since the closure of Defy Media.
    • This can be noted by Damien's hair color and that the new Smosh Games set had yet to be built.
