This video was shot with a very limited crew. All cast & crew followed all CDC and California COVID-19 precautions and filming guidelines.

Plot[]

Scenario #1[]

A mother (Courtney Miller) accuses the server, Zoe (Olivia Sui), of finding hair in her son's ice cream and the restrooms being below health code standards. Zoe defends herself by saying that she's 15 and has a C in Geometry. The mother requests to talk to her manager, Chet (Shayne Topp), who calls her a boomer. When the mother says that he's too young, Chet says that he's also 15 and she's too old to be hot, then he leaves.

Scenario #2[]

A woman (Jacklyn Uweh) orders a "Mommy's Making Cookies," but doesn't want to say the ice cream's name due to possible embarrassment. When Zoe asks her which ice cream did she pick, the woman just describes it, then mumbles when asked again. The woman switches to "Wittle Marshmallow Cookies," but due to not wanting to say the name again, she leaves but gets hit by cars off-screen. Zoe goes to the "Days Since the Customer was Embarrassed by Thee Names of the Flavors that They Ran into Traffic" sign, erases the "3," and writes "0."

Scenario #3[]

Phil (Ify Nwadiwe) orders for customizable ice cream cakes for a large group of people. Chet, who is now serving, is confused as Phil, who denies being called "Phil," orders another for a Christmas Party he'll go to, and a wedding he'll go to. When he accuses Chet of talking to Noreen, whom he previously mentioned, Chet becomes anxious.

Scenario #4[]

Danielle (Kimmy Jimenez), who is so close to ordering her ice cream, quietly roasts of her teammates like Christina (Jacklyn) due to ordering so slowly and her being in the last in line. Carla (Courtney) reveals that she can hear Danielle all along when roasting them, to which Christina and Zoe the server agree.

Scenario #5[]

A father (Ian Hecox) asks his daughter (Kimmy) about school. When his daughter instead asks her father if this is where all strange dads bond with their kids, her father looks at other daughters (Jacklyn and Courtney) with their fathers (Ify and Damien Haas), and then says "no." He then asks his daughter of her name, to which she says "Fire Snake." Her father says that it sounds like an American gladiator.

Scenario #6[]

A woman (Courtney) gets an ice cream cup, but gets shocked at seeing an ice cream with a face and a cone at a top (Damien Haas?). When it asks her to be bitten, the woman gets scared, runs away, and meets the same fate as the woman in Scenario #2, dropping her ice cream cup.

Scenario #7[]

A man (Damien) pretends to be a kid to order a kid's cup of rocky road. Chet asks for his ID, but reveals it to a joke due to having no limits to kid sizes. The man thanks him while still pretending to be a kid, but the seller already knows that he's just pretending, causing the man to reveal himself.

Scenario #8[]

A woman (Jacklyn), who's eating ice cream, becomes anxious due to seeing kids (Kimmy, Damien, and Courtney), fearing that she may be a bad example. She thinks that they (and Zoe) are looking and laughing at her. Despite them actually not, the woman hides herself.

Scenario #9[]

The father from Scenario #5 orders "Mint Chocolate Ice Cream" after choosing, but Zoe tells him that that's what he's been sampling all day. When the father tells her that no one in the hat he's wearing entered the store, she tells him that she sees him changing his hat every 15 minutes. When he gives $20, she suggests that he should buy a cup of ice cream, as it cost less. The father runs away meets the same fate as the woman in Scenario #2.

Scenario #10[]

The people from Scenario #3 talk about the customized cakes. Phil insteads cancels the cakes while telling Noreen his feelings, causing Chet saying that he's too young to deal with that kind of an order. Phil finally tells the flavor of the cakes being "Mommy's Making Cookies," causing Chet to call security.
