Dr. Braynes is the scientist of the ninjas, introduced in Science is Creepy. He lives in the basement of the ninjas with his genetically altered exploding chickens that he created. At first, Spencer does not like that Dr. Braynes has been living in the basement when they didn't know it, but he realizes how important science is when Dr. Braynes saves their lives. He also made a brief appearance in Haterz Gonna Hate, when Spencer told him to get his chickens to blow up the haters of ninjas. He also appeared at the end of the episode where he put Reverend Boyle's head on a goat's butt much to Boyle's dismay. This was because they didn't have a human body available.
