Doctor Strange (real name Stephen Strange) is a character based on the superhero of the same name. He debuted in 2019 and is played by Noah Grossman.

Doctor Stephen Strange is a superhero appearing in Marvel Comics. Created by Steve Ditko and Stan Lee, he first appeared in Strange Tales #110. Doctor Strange serves as the Sorcerer Supreme, the primary protector of Earth against magical and mystical threats. Originally an egotistical surgeon, a car accident severely damages his hands and hinders his ability to perform surgery, so Strange searches the globe for a way to repair them and encounters the Ancient One, becoming one of her students and becomes a practitioner of the mystical and martial arts. His suit consists of two main relics, the Cloak of Levitation and the Eye of Agamotto, which give him added powers. After the Ancient One's death, Strange becomes the new Sorcerer Supreme and takes up residence in a mansion called the Sanctum Sanctorum in New York City. Benedict Cumberbatch portrays the character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, first appearing in 2016's Doctor Strange.

During the fight against Thanos, Strange is approached by Captain America, who explains that he is sore from the battle and needs a prescription for ibuprofen. Strange declines, refusing to write yet another prescription for Cap, but eventually relents after Cap whines about his aches and pains. Cap throws in a request for oxycodone while Strange is writing. He rudely hands the prescription to Cap, who runs off as Strange returns his focus to the fight.
