Courtney Freaking Miller (Shayne) sues Smosh for having a likeness of her (Courtney) since she is often bothered (in her opinion) by others who think she's Courtney. She also sues Smosh for being a ripoff of her channel, Josh. In order to stop shutting down Smosh, CFM wants Courtney to be fired, which is ironically accepted by Damien.

Courtney snaps, and she starts a very long fight between her and CFM until they both levitate and crash to the moon.

Meanwhile, back on Earth, Tim writes a letter to Mendocino Farms on why they gotten rid of his favorite sandwich on the menu, the steak bistro sandwich.

  • Tim Baker commented: "Dear Mendocino Farms,
I was tasked with placing my lunch order for tomorrow to find, shockingly, that The Bistro Steak Sandwich was removed from your menu.
I am deeply saddened. It was a perfect balance of crunchy toasted bread, savory beef, herby basil pesto, peppery bitter arugula, sweet soft onion jam, creamy and flavorful dijonnaise, cut with the acidity roasted tomatoes; It really was perfection. The pinnacle of lunch choices needing nearly no alteration, aside for my preference for the rustic white bread. Yet you threw it aside in pursuit of the hollowness of “new”. Purged it from your menu without so much as a warning. If I only knew my order on 09/10 was my last, I could have prepared myself, spending extra time savoring one final farewell.
In desperation, I attempted to re-build the sandwich from the custom menu, but found the available ingredients lacking in equivalence. A once bright shining beacon, the magnum opus of sandwich artistry, fades into the annals of time.
Making matters worse, it seems to be replaced by a new chimichurri steak and bacon sandwich. A sandwich that will never fill the void that has been left, especially due to my genetic aversion to cilantro.
I hope the reason for its removal are temporary and that whomever made the hasty decision to be rid of my beloved sandwich not only awakens to the truth of what was lost, but return it to it’s rightful place on the menu. Until then I fear I will be lunchless. The pangs of hunger serving as the final reminder of the travesty that has been wrought upon this world, for there is no other lunch item from your menu that will suffice.
I implore you Mendocino, take any action necessary to right this wrongest of wrongs. I beseech thee.
    Sincerely,
    Timothy Baker Esq. III
