Anthony's Grandpa seems to like watching internet porn or clicking them by accident. He never liked his grandson Anthony Padilla which was never mentioned why and he always thought Ian was gay and his grandson's life partner because he said it to him and it made him really happy.
He wears a white shirt with a black necktie or sometimes a gray bowtie and a brown diamond pattern vest. His lower half clothes were not visible in videos but it is suggested he wears black pants and black shoes.

- Anthony's Grandpa looks a lot like the old version of Anthony who appeared in Hide and Seek and Old Man Grandpa.
