Alessandra Catanese is the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Smosh, succeeding Daniel Tibbets in 2023, after Anthony Padilla and Ian Hecox jointly reacquired Smosh from Mythical Entertainment.[2] She concurrently served as COO and executive producer of Padilla's production company, Pressalike Productions.

Biography[]

Prior to working at both Smosh and Pressalike, she worked as a manager at various digital media companies, especially during the industry's infancy. She first worked at What's Trending and Maker Studios,[4] where she helped launch the latter's talent department. [5] She then helped launch the Los Angeles division of Patreon, a creator-focused monetization platform, in 2016, and then worked as a talent manager at Anonymous Content where she signed various creators, including BennyDrama, Kelsey Darragh, and Anthony Padilla.[5] She subsequently represented Padilla exclusively in 2020 prior to Pressalike's founding.
